Unfortunately each case is unique therefore we can never provide an exact deadline as it would depend on various factors surrounding the tenancy and the complexities of the relationship between the landlord and tenant.  

We work on a NO recovery NO fee basis so you don't have to pay anything upfront. Once we recover your monies we will deduct our percentage from the amount recovered. Details of our cost will be agreed prior to starting the recovery process.
